Multiple Advanced and Proven Casting Processes
We annually supply over 100 million aluminum alloy castings to more than 200 global customers, pioneering the production of integrated large automotive aluminum alloy precision castings worldwide.

Currently, we have over 80 units of 1,100T–4,500T large die-casting machines, 2 units of 6000T die-casting machines, 3 units of 7000T die-casting machines, and 6 units of 9800T die-casting machines; over 20 units of low-pressure die-casting machines; over 50 gravity casting lines; over 600 industrial robots; and over 1200 machining centers; and we have equipped smart manufacturing management system, automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS), AGV unmanned forklifts, and automated tool storage system, to build an automated, low-carbon, digitalized, and transparent factory.

With relentless R&D innovation and technological advancement, Wencan has accumulated extensive expertise and product experience in aluminum die-casting body structural components and mega integrated body castings, and is currently the global leader in both product range and monthly production output for mega castings, setting the pace in the industry.
